Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací dopravně-logistických procesů ve firmě Maso, uzeniny a občerstvení Jaromír Šnajdr. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoreticko-metodologické části je věnována pozornost oborům doprava, logistika a operační výzkum. This bachelor thesis deals with optimizing transport and logistics processes in the company Maso, uzeniny a občerstvení Jaromír Šnajdr. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part.
