Comparison of spare time activities of children in socially excluded and non excluded localities

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce ,,Komparace volnočasových aktivit dětí v sociálně vyloučených a nevyloučených lokalitách" sleduje a porovnává trávení volného času a nabídku volnočasových aktivit dětí v sociálně vyloučených a nevyloučených lokalitách a dále hodnocení spokojenosti s těmito aktivitami. Teoretická část hodnotí a diskutuje nad tématem volného času a volnočasových aktivit. Dále pak charakterizuje aspekty ovlivňující prožívání volného času, především s ohledem na psychologické a rodinné aspekty výchovy ve volném čase. V neposlední řadě se věnujeme problematice sociálně vyloučených lokalit. Empirická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na komparaci a analýzu volnočasových aktivit dětí. Z hlediska samotného zaměření sledujeme a porovnáváme trávení volného času a nabídku volnočasových aktivit dětí v sociálně vyloučených a nevyloučených lokalitách na výzkumném vzorku 138 respondentů. Pro statistické vyhodnocení dat získaných dotazníkovým šetřením je využito příslušného typu t-testu pro komparaci aritmetických průměrů dvou nezávislých výběrů dat. Z celkového vyhodnocení vyplývá, že u vybrané skupiny respondentů nejsou v oblasti volnočasových aktivit statisticky významné rozdíly.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis ,,Comparison of leisure time activities of children in socially excluded and non-excluded localities" monitors and compares leisure time activities and leisure time activities of children in socially excluded and non-excluded localities and evaluates satisfaction with these activities. The theoretical part evaluates and discusses the topic of leisure and leisure activities. Furthermore, it characterizes aspects influencing the free time experience, especially with regard to psychological and family aspects of leisure education. Last but not least, we deal with the issue of socially excluded localities. The empirical part of the thesis is focused on comparison and analysis of children's leisure activities. From the point of view of focus, we observe and compare leisure time activities and leisure time activities of children in socially excluded and non-excluded localities on a sample of 138 respondents. For the statistical evaluation of data obtained by the questionnaire survey, the appropriate type of t-test is used to compare the arithmetic means of two independent data selections. The overall evaluation shows that there are no statistically significant differences in the leisure time activities of the selected group of respondents.
