Abstract:

Absolventská práce nese název „Bytová krize a její příčiny“. První část je věnována bytové problematice od historie bytové výstavby až po bytovou situaci v současnosti. Zaměřuje se především na složitost a zdlouhavost stavebního řízení v rámci stavebního zákona. Zpracování první části naplňuje poznávací cíl, kterým bylo shromáždit dostupné informace o bytové krizi v jejich provázanosti a souvislostech včetně historie jejich příčin a analýzy stavebního řízení.Druhá část představuje kvantitativní výzkum, který byl uskutečněn pomocí dotazníkového šetření včetně jeho analýzy a syntézy. Hlavní výzkumná otázka zní: „Jak si lidé orientačně ve věku 19 až 30 let představují řešení svého bydlení?“. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou znázorněny pomocí grafů a následně analyzovány pro zpracování pracovních hypotéz i hypotézy hlavní. Kvantitativní výzkum naplňuje aplikační cíl.Prezentace výsledků absolventské práce na videokonferenci „Open Gate“ realizuje návrhový cíl.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis is entitled "Housing crisis and its causes". The first part is devoted to housing issues from the history of housing construction to the current housing situation. It focuses mainly on the complexity and length of construction proceedings under the Building Act. The first part fulfills the cognitive goal, which was to gather available information about the housing crisis in their interconnectedness and context, including the history of their causes and the analysis of construction management.The second part presents quantitative research, which was carried out using a questionnaire survey, including its analysis and synthesis. The main research question is: "How do people around the age of 19 to 30 imagine the solution of their housing?". The results of the questionnaire survey are shown using graphs and then analyzed for the processing of working hypotheses and the main hypothesis. Quantitative research fulfills the application goal.The presentation of the results of the graduate work at the videoconference "Open Gate" realizes the suggested goal.
