Crisis management from the point of view of the financial and economic crisis

Abstract:

Crisis management is a form of management that is applicable in almost every area of life. Whether in business, but also in life itself, which brings different kinds of threats (natural, social, political, and others.). I work focuses on the theoretical elaboration of the concept of crisis management. It also addresses the prevention, establishment and management of the risks themselves as agents of potential crisis situations. If risk effectively (consciously) can we manage to avoid risks, but also the actual crisis. This process to prevent problems that can threaten not only business entity, but also other financial institutions in which we apply crisis management. The work deals with the particular form of financial and economic risks jeopardizing the undertaking in the form of economic crisis. Risks arising from crises pose a threat to the entire financial markets, which are attached to each other and with business and thus affect the nature of business organizations or manufactoring organization. Analytical and practical part works with concepts from the first part and put them into practice.

Abstract:

Krízový manažment predstavuje formu riadenia, ktoré je uplatniteľné takmer v každej oblasti života. Či v podnikaní, ale aj v samotnom živote, ktorý prináša rôzne druhy ohrození (prírodné, sociálne, politické, a iné.). Práca ja zameraná na teoretické rozpracovanie pojmu krízový manažment. Takisto rieši aj prevenciu, vznik a samotné riadenie rizík, ako potenciálnych pôvodcov krízových situácií alebo kríz. Ak riziko efektívne (cieľavedome) riadime môžeme sa vyhnúť rizikám, ale aj samotným krízam. Týmto procesom predchádzame problémom, ktoré môžu ohroziť nielen podnikateľský subjekt, ale aj iné finančné inštitúcie, v ktorom krízový manažment uplatňujeme. Práca sa zaoberá konkrétnou formou finančných a hospodárskych rizík, ktoré ohrozili podnikateľský subjekt vo forme hospodárskej krízy. Riziká plynúce z krízy predstavujú ohrozenie celých finančných trhov, ktoré sú navzájom pospájané aj s podnikateľskou sférou a tým ovplyvňujú nielen výrobné, ale aj obchodné organizácie. Analytická a praktická časť pracuje s pojmami z prvej časti a uvádza ich do praxe.
