Odhady matching funkcí trhu práce v České republice

Estimating matching functions of the Czech labour market
Abstract:
Cílem práce je popsat párovací (matching) proces na trhu práce v České republice na základě různých specifikací párovací (matching) funkce. V první části je popsán teoretický koncept této funkce a její specifikace. Ve druhé části jsou představena užitá data a následně je provedena empirická analýza pomocí ekonometrických modelů a interpretace dosažených výsledků.
Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is describing of matching process on Czech labour market based on different specifications of matching functions. In the first part a theoretical concept of this functions and its specification is described. In the second part used data are presented and then the empirical analysis using econometrics models and interpretation achieved results is made.
