Abstract:

Kalkulace nákladů jsou jedním z důležitých procesů v zajištění efektivního fungování podniku. Implementace kalkulačního systému je klíčovým prvkem pro plynulý chod firemních procesů a strategické řízení managementu. Přesné řízení nákladů, cen a potažmo zisků společnosti představuje v tržním prostředí konkurenční výhodu. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat kalkulační systém zvoleného podniku a navrhnout optimalizaci tohoto systému. Bakalářská práce se ve své první části zabývá účetním pojetím nákladů, členěním nákladů a rozdělením metod kalkulací nákladů se stručnou charakteristikou. Praktická část popisuje stávající kalkulační systém podniku. Obsahuje analýzu a zhodnocení procesů použitého kalkulačního systému a metod ve společnosti.

Abstract:

Cost calculations are one of the important processes to keep efficient functioning of the company. The calculation system implementation is a key element for the fluent running of the company processes and strategic management. The exact cost, prices and in fact the earnings management represents a competitive advantage in the market environment. The goal of my bachelor work is to analyze the calculation system of a chosen company and to propose an optimalization of this system. The first part of the bachelor work is engaged in the accounting understanding of costs, costs clasiffication and structuring of the methods of costs calculation with a brief characteristics. The practical part describes the current calculation system of the company. It involves the analysis and evaluation of the processes of the used calculation system and methods in the company.
