Ways to reduce costs in the company ABB Brno
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na posouzení možností snížení nákladů prostřednictvím analýzy nákladů nesouvisejících s výrobní činností společnosti ABB Brno a nalezení možností snižování nákladů na tyto činnosti. Cílem je definovat také oblasti optimalizace nákladů vč. teoretických návrhů úsporných opatření, která se po jejich zavedení odrazí v pozitivním výsledku hospodaření společnosti.
Abstract:
The present bachelor thesis is aimed at assessing the possibility of reducing costs through the analysis of the costs not related to manufacturing activities of the company ABB Brno and at finding ways how to reduce costs for these activities.
