Téma diplomové práce zní Ochrana života dítěte v prenatálním období. Jejím cílem je komplexní zpracování právní ochrany života nenarozeného dítěte. Cílem je zamyšlení se nad otázkou, zda je nenarozené dítě subjektem práva a zda a do jaké míry požívá práva na život. This diploma thesis is about The protection of life of unborn child in the prenatal period. The aim is to complete the processing of legal protection of unborn life. The main part is aim to reflect on the question if is the unborn child subject of law and whether and what to extent has unborn child the right to life.
