Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vedení lidí v podniku. Zaměřuje se na model situačního vedení autorů Herseyho a Blancharda a zkoumá jeho fungování v manažerské praxi. Teoretická část shrnuje historický vývoj pohledu na vedení lidí s cílem odhalit přínos těchto pohledů pro dnešní modely a teorie. This thesis deals with a leadership in a company. It is focused on Situational Leadership model, created by authors Hersey and Blanchard and studies its applications in everyday management practice. The theoretical part sums up historical development of leadership theories, trying to discover a contribution of each theory to modern models and theories.
