Employee turnover in the selected organization

Abstract:

Bakalářské práce se věnuje fluktuaci ve vybrané organizaci. První část práce obecně definuje pojmy a zároveň se zabývá personálním controllingem jako nástrojem pro práci s fluktuací. v druhé částí se práce zabývá charakteristikou podniku a analyzuje příčiny fluktuace z pohledu věku zaměstnanců a z pohledu délky jejich pracovního poměru v dané organizaci. v závěru bakalářská práce doporučuje konkrétní opatření pro snížení fluktuace v organizaci.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is devoted to turnover in a selected organization. The first part of the thesis generally defines terms and at the same time deals with personnel controlling as a tool for working with turnover. In the second part, the work deals with the characteristics of the company and analyzes the causes of turnover from the point of view of the age of the employees and the length of their employment in the given organization. In conclusion, the bachelor's thesis recommends specific measures to reduce turnover in the organization.
