Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení současné judikatury a posouzení, zda rozhodovací praxe odráží současný stav rozhodčího řízení a zda je v názorové shodě s názory předních českých teoretiků. The main goal of my diploma paper was to sum up the present practice of the courts and examine if Czech prominent experts specialized in arbitration agee with the opinion of the courts.
