Internal communication and possibilities of internal communication in Telco Co.
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá popisem pojmu vnitrofiremní komunikace, věnuje se analýze jednotlivých typů a nástrojů této komunikace a v širších souvislostech prostředí firmy shrnuje základní zásady interní komunikace. V praktické části následuje praktická ukázka aktuálně používaných forem vnitropodnikové komunikace ve společnosti Telco a.s. spolu se zhodnocením silných a slabých stránek.

This work describes the term internal communication, furthermore analyzes the main types and tools of this communication and in the broader context of the business environment summarizes the basic principles of internal communication.
