Cílem práce je analýza úrovně manažerských dovedností ve společnosti MND a.s., mezi nimiž budou identifikovány klíčové vlastnosti a dovednosti potřebné pro efektivní vykonávání práce středního managementu. The aim of the thesis is to analyse managerial skills in MND a.s. Among these skills, there will be identified key qualities and skills necessary for efficiency in the work in the middle management.
