Astma je chronické zánětlivé onemocnění s komplexní etiologií zahrnující, jak vliv genetických, tak environmentálních faktorů. Asthma is chronic inflammatory disease with complex ethiology, resulting from contributing genetic and enviromental effects. In this work we compile a literature review, which contains meta-analysis of common candidates genes polymorhisms across populations for allergic asthma.
