The influence of paracetamol in a combination with celaskone on anaerobic performance

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vliv paracetamolu v kombinaci s celaskonem na anaerobní výkon. Ten byl hodnocen pomocí třicetisekundového Wingate testu na bicyklovém ergometru. Následně byly porovnány výsledky z jednotlivých testů, které byly u každé testované osoby čtyři. Dva kontrolní a dva experimentální po podání léčiva či s placebo efektem. Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the influence of paracetamol in a combination with celaskon on anaerobic performance. The influence was evaluated using a thirty seconds Wingate test on bicycle endometer. Each participant was submitted to four tests, two control ones and two experimental ones after being given medicaments or with placebo effect.
