Anotácia:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá integrací Ukrajinců na trh práce v České republice. Zkoumá vliv faktorů integrace na postavení Ukrajinců na trhu práce v České republice. Jejím cílem je odpovědět na otázku: "Jak jednotlivé faktory integrace ovlivňují postavení Ukrajinců na trhu práce v ČR?" Zkoumaná problematika je zasazena do širšího teoretického rámce založeného na znalosti teorií migrace. Práce podává přehled integračních modelů, identifikuje bariéry a rovněž základní faktory integrace a představuje Ukrajince jako nejpočetnější skupinu přistěhovalců v České republice.Odvození vlivu faktorů integrace na postavení Ukrajinců na trhu práce se opírá o analýzu provedených polostandardizovaných rozhovorů s ukrajinskými respondenty. Závěr práce obsahuje odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku a doporučení na usnadnění integrace Ukrajinců na českém trhu práce. Počet slov: 23 588

Abstract:

This diploma thesis considers the integration of the Ukrainians into the labour market in the Czech Republic. This thesis investigates influence of factors of the integration on the position of the Ukrainians into the labour market in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is answer the question: "How particular factors of the integration influence the position of the Ukrainians into the labour market in the Czech Republic?" Investigated topic is put into a wider theoretical framework that is based on the knowledge in migration theories. The thesis offers the overview of the integration models, identifies barriers and also the basic factors of the integration and represents the Ukrainians as the most numerous part of immigrants in the Czech Republic. The influence of factors of the integration on the position of the Ukrainians into the labour market is deduced from analysis of performed interviews with the Ukrainian informants. Conclusion of the thesis contains the answer of the main research question and recommendations how facilitate the integration of the Ukrainians into the Czech labour market. Number of words: 23 588
