Allocated Forces and Equipment of the Armed Forces in Dealing with Extraordinary Events

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma vyčleněné síly a prostředky ozbrojených sil při řešení mimořádných událostí. V teoretické části je charakterizována bezpečnost České republiky, pojem mimořádná událost a poslední kapitola se věnuje právnímu ukotvení dané problematiky. Praktická část je věnována ozbrojeným silám a jejich vyčleněným silám a prostředkům, které byly nasazeny při mimořádných událostech, jež se vyskytly na území našeho státu v posledních letech. Jsou zde uvedeny a vyhodnoceny řízené rozhovory, které byly realizovány s příslušníky Armády České republiky.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of allocated forces and equipment of the armed forces in dealing with extraordinary events. The teoretical part characterizes the safety of the Czech Republic, the concept of extraordinary event and its division and the last chapter is devoted to the legislation on the issue. The practical part is dedicated to the armed forces and their allocated forces and equipment, which were deployed during emergencies that occured on the territory of our country in recent years. In the last part, maneuver interviews that were conducted with members of the Czech Army are presented. Finally, these interviews are evaluated.
