Upbringing children by single mothers

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výchovy dětí matkami samoživitelkami. Teoretická část je shromážděním informací týkajících se rodin osamělých matek, výchovy v této rodině a specifik, která jsou pro výchovu matkami samoživitelkami typická. Výzkumná část popisuje metodologii výzkumného šetření s důrazem na zakotvenou teorii jako k jednomu z designů kvalitativního výzkumu. Základní výzkumnou metodou je polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Výzkumný vzorek představuje osamělé matky v nepříznivé finanční situaci. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jak probíhá výchova dětí matkou jako jediným fungujícím rodičem.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on problems connected with raising children in a singlemother families. Document contains two parts, part theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of bachelor document gathers information about single-mother families. It explains the way single mothers raise their children, and the specific traits typical for single-mother families. The practical part describes the methodology of science with special attention to using of grounded theory as a part of high quality studies. The basic method of studies is semi-structured dialogue. The research sample introduces single mothers in critical financial situation. The main goal of this bachelor document is to describe the situation of single-mother families in today?s society.
