Abstract:
V bakalářské práci je popsána a vysvětlena podstata starobylé DNA, mechanismy její degradace a její zdroje. Dále jsou uvedeny možnosti dekontaminace starodávné DNA. Při práce se starodávnou DNA je potřeba dodržovat mnoho specifických postupů a dbát na přísná opatření při její izolaci a následné analýze. The bachelor's work described and explained the substance of ancient DNA, mechanisms of its degradation and its resources. Then the possibilities of decontamination of ancient DNA are introduced. It is necessary to observe many of specific procedures at work with ancient DNA and abide strict measures in its isolation and subsequent analysis.
