Abstract:
Rigorózní práce popisuje některé teorie zabývající se vztahem práva a násilí, které zejména vycházejí z právního myšlení dvacátého století. Popisuje především ty teorie, které se zabývají násilím, které stojí za právem; násilím, které je zdrojem práva a právo ovlivňuje.
Abstract:
This diploma paper describes some theories dealing with relationship between law and violence. Theories charactered in paper originate mostly from legal thought of 20th century and desrcibe especially violence influencing law, the violence behind law. This rather metaphysical violence is according to those theories that, what enables law to be.
