Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou strategického nákupu ve firmě CDC Data s.r.o., Brno. Byl zhodnocen současný stav nákupní strategie, provedena analýza, doporučeny změny a navrženo zlepšení činností, které má firma v rámci zefektivnění nákupní strategie realizovat.
Abstract:
The issue of strategic purchasing in company CDC Data s.r.o., Brno has been discussed in this thesis. The state of strategic purchasing has been evaluated and analysed and improvements within realisation of more effective purchasing strategy has been recommended and suggested in the thesis.
