Cieľom mojej diplomovej práce bola analýza komunikácie s klientom pri schvaľovaní hypotéky. Upozorniť na potrebu komunikácie s klientom, ako aj na vhodné mimojazykové prejavy. Mojou prácou som chcela poukázať na dôležitosť ako verbálnej aj neverbálnej či asertívnej komunikácie v bankovom prostredí. Práca je rozdelená do piatich kapitol.
