Fair trade focused on coffee market
Abstract:
Práce poskytuje informace o pěstování, zpracování a cestě kávy ke spotřebiteli. Dále seznamuje s principy fair trade a s jejich využitím v praxi. V praktické části hodnotí vývoj trhu s kávou a fair trade kávou, jak ve světě, tak i v České republice. Poslední část práce je věnována zhodnocení existence skutečného fair trade.
Abstract:
This thesis provides information about coffee and its growing, processing and way to the consumer. It informs about fair trade principles and their application in practice. Practical part of this thesis evaluates coffee and fair trade coffee market both globally and nationally. Very last part of a thesis is dedicated to evaluation of the real fair trade existence.
