Alternative of providing social services through vouchers and tokens
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi poskytování dávek v sociální politice pomocí poukázek a kupónů. Cílem práce je zhodnocení zda se jedná o efektivní způsob vyplácení dávek. V první kapitole se věnuji rozboru právní úpravy, v druhé pak vybranými výdaji na dávky v sociální politice. Poslední kapitola je věnována výzkumu týkajícího se zkušeností s poukázkami.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the topic of social security benefits, namely benefits provided in the form of vouchers and coupons. The objective of this thesis is to assess whether this way of providing the benefits is effective.
