Psychosocial Intervention to Parents after Perinatal Loss

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Psychosociální intervence rodičům po perinatální ztrátě je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část shrnuje základní poznatky o perinatální ztrátě, její etiologii, symptomatologii, diagnostice a terapeutických postupech. Je zde popsán proces truchlení obou partnerů, jeho projevy a možné komplikace. Dále duchovní a spirituální potřeby, které mohou rodiče po perinatální ztrátě pociťovat. Praktická část mapuje osobní zkušenosti porodních asistentek v péči o rodiče v průběhu perinatálního období, během porodu mrtvého plodu a v časném poporodním období. Vý-zkumné šetření zahrnuje celkem pět hloubkových polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, z nichž dva byly provedeny při osobním, předem domluveném, setkání a tři formou telefonického rozhovoru z důvodu vyhlášeného nouzového stavu na celém území České republiky v souvislosti s pandemickým šířením koronaviru. Rozhovory, byly analyzovány pomocí metody zakotvené teorie.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis on the topic of Psychosocial Intervention to Parents after Perinatal Loss is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part summarizes the basic knowledge about perinatal loss, its etiology, symptomatology, diagnosis and therapeutic procedures. It describes the process of mourning both partners, manifestations and possible complications. Furthermore, the spiritual and spiritual needs that parents may feel after perinatal loss. The practical part maps the personal experiences of midwives in caring for parents during the perinatal period, during the birth of a stillborn and in the early postpartum period. The research survey includes a total of five in-depth semi-structured interviews, two of which were conducted in person, by appointment and three by telephone due to a declared state of emergency throughout the Czech Republic in connection with the pandemic spread of coronavirus. The interviews were analyzed using the method of grounded theory.
