Current possibilities of investing in precious metals

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce Soudobé možnosti investování do drahých kovů je formulovat investiční doporučení ohledně vhodných způsobů zařazení drahých kovů do portfolia drobných investorů. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní informace o drahých kovech, určování jejich ceny a formách, ve kterých je do nich možné investovat. Následuje analýza současného vývoje světové ekonomiky a situace na trhu jednotlivých drahých kovů, jejichž výsledky jsou následně využity při formulaci doporučení. Jsou využity metody deskripce, analýzy, komparace, syntézy a jednoduché statistické metody (korelace).

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis Current possibilities of investing in precious metals is to formulate an investment recommendation regarding suitable ways of integrating precious metals into portfolios of small investors. The theoretical part mentions basic information about precious metals, determining their price and possible forms of investment. This part is followed by analysis of the current development of the world economy and the individual precious metals markets situation, whose results are then used to formulate the recommendation. The methods used include description, analysis, comparison, synthesis and simple statistical methods (correlation).
