Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje kvalitě poskytovaných služeb v Azylovém domě pro otce a matky s dětmi v Děčíně a na to jak kvalitu vnímají pracovníci společně s klienty. Zabývá se souvislostí mezi kvalitou služeb, hledáním zaměstnáni, získáním stabilního bydlení a riziky spojené se závislostí na pobytových službách. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the quality of services provided in the Shelter for Fathers and Mothers with Children in Děčín and how the quality is perceived by workers together with clients. It deals with the connection between the quality of services, finding employment, obtaining stable housing and the risks associated with dependence on residential services.
