Bakalářská práce se zabývá základními charakteristikami učící se organizace. Teoretická část uvádí vliv sociálního klimatu na loajalitu zaměstnanců, rozdíly mezi klasickým vzděláváním a vzděláváním v učící se organizaci, základní disciplíny učící se organizace a chyby v procesu učení. The bachelor thesis deals with elementary characteristics of the leaerning organization. The theoretical part mentions the influence of social climate on the loyalty of employees, differencies between clasical eduacation and education of the learning organization, elementary disciplines of learning organization and failures in the learning process.
