Bakalárska práca je zameraná na vplyv finančnej krízy na vývoj a obchodovanie vybraných finančných nástrojov finančných trhov. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol. Prvá teoretická časť je zameraná na popis finančných trhov, nástrojov a funkcií finančných trhov, finančných sprostredkovateľov a takisto popis vybraných finančných nástrojov, akcií.
