Detekce posttranslačních modifikací proteinů po působení cytotoxických látek na tkáňovou kulturu

Abstract:
Má bakalářská práce se zaměřila na studium působení cytotoxických látek PCB 153 a EGF na tkáňovou kulturu WB-F344. Proto tento experiment bylo využito základní metody proteomiky-Dvourozměrné elektroforézy, dále Western blottingu a hmotnostní spektrometrie. Teoretická část práce charakterizuje použité metody, v praktické části práce je popsán vlastní experiment.
Abstract:
My bachelor's publication is directed at study of affecting cytotoxic compaunds PCB 153 and EGF to WB-F344 cells. For our experiment was used the basic method of proteomic- 2-DE elektrophoresis, then Western blotting and mass spektrometry. The theoretic part of my work characterizes used methods and practical part describes our experiment.
