Abstract:
Jako téma pro svou bakalářskou práci jsem si zvolila téma „Pacht“. V této závěrečné práci se budu zabývat objasněním pojmu pacht, jeho historickým vývojem a podstatou jeho jednotlivých druhů. Tato práce se skládá z teoretické části a z vlastního pohledu na danou problematiku. Abstract:
As for my undergraduate degree I chose the „Lease“. In this final work I will deal with clarifying the concept of tenure, its historical evolution and the nature of the species. This work consists of a theoretical part and a own perspective to the issue. The final work is the reintroduction of the concept of tenure in the new Civil Code and its application in the current case law.
