Dimeric molecular clips based on glycoluril
Abstract:
Tato rigorózní práce se zabývá syntézou glykolurillových dimerů složených ze dvou izolovaných glykolurilových jednotek. Tyto dimery byly využity pro syntézu nových molekulárních klips se dvěma vazebnými místy. Supramolekulární a konformační vlastnosti těchto klips byly také studovány.
Abstract:
This rigorous thesis deals with the synthesis of glycoluril dimers composed from two isolated glycoluril units. These dimers were used for the synthesis of new molecular clips with two binding sites. Supramolecular and conformational properties of these clips were also investigated.
