Pracovní kapitál je velmi důležitý ukazatel pro finanční řízení podniku. Úkolem finančního ředitele je pravidelné sledování a optimalizování jeho výše takovým způsobem, aby podnik disponoval dostatečným množstvím finančních prostředků pro případ ekonomických výkyvů a zároveň nezatěžoval podnik zbytečnými náklady. The working capital is a very important index for financial management of firms. The target of the chef finance is continues watching and optimization its amount to hold an enough cash in a company for cases of fluctuation and at the same time not to increase useless costs of the company.
