Comparison and Evaluation of Organizational Structures of Two Enterprises Focused on The Same Branch
Abstract:
Tato práce obsahuje výčet klasických typů organizačních struktur a trendů v této oblasti. Obsahuje analýzu, popis, hodnocení a komparaci dvou podniků ve stejném odvětví. Záměrem práce je ze zjištěných údajů podniky ohodnotit a vymezit jistá doporučení.
Abstract:
This work contains several classic types of organizational structures and trends in this field. It also contains analysis, description, evaluation and comparation of two enterprises in the same field. The objective of this work is to evaluate these enterprises and to provide some recommendations on the basis of gained results.
