Physiotherapy of knee joint with anterior cruciate ligament rupture

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je přispět k optimálnímu řešení problematiky volby fyzioterapeutických postupů v oblasti kolenního kloubu s rupturou předního zkříženého vazu, a to zejména konzervativní léčbou. V obecné teoretické části se zabývám anatomií a biomechanikou kolenního kloubu, především tedy předního zkříženého vazu. Mimoto se v této části věnuji poranění a léčbě předního zkříženého vazu. Ve speciální teoretické části uvádím vybrané fyzioterapeutické metody vhodné pro použití při ruptuře předního zkříženého vazu a vybrané druhy fyzikální terapie. Hlavní část práce obsahuje kazuistiku u konkrétní pacientky. Dle kineziologického rozboru, výsledků funkčních testů a výsledků měření v Laboratoři pro studium pohybu FZS UJEP byl stanoven krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Závěrečná část práce patří výsledkům dosaženým během terapie a jejich zhodnocení a porovnání v rámci diskuze.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is to find the optimal solution of the problem of physiotherapy practice in the knee joint with rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament, especially conservative treatment. The general theoretical part deals with the anatomy and biomechanics of the knee joint, primarily the anterior cruciate ligament. Furthermore this section deals with injuries and treat anterior cruciate ligament. In a special theoretical part, I mention the selected physiotherapy methods suitable for use with ruptured anterior cruciate ligament and selected types of physical therapy. The main part contains a case report of specific patient. According kinesiology analysis, the results of functional tests and the results of measurements in the Laboratory for the study of motion FZS UJEP was set short- and long-term rehabilitation plan. The final part includes results achieved during therapy and for their evaluation and comparison in the discussion.
