Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelským procesem u pacientky po hysterektomii. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je zmíněna anatomie dělohy, samotná hysterektomie a její indikace a operační techniky, předoperační příprava, péče o pacientku v průběhu hospitalizace a rekonvalescence. The bachelor thesis deals with the nursing process in a patient after hysterectomy. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part mentions the anatomy of the uterus, the hysterectomy itself and its indications and surgical techniques, preoperative preparation, patient care during hospitalization and convalescence.
