Unique Features of the Interpretation of EU Law
Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o interpretaci práva Evropské unie a snaží se poskytnout odpověď na otázku, zda se výklad práva Evropské unie vyznačuje specifiky, které ho odlišují od výkladu vnitrostátního a mezinárodního práva. Za tímto účelem je podrobně analyzován způsob výkladu práva Evropské unie a následně porovnán se způsobem výkladu vnitrostátního a mezinárodního práva.

The thesis deals with the interpretation of the European Union law and aims to provide an answer to the question whether the interpretation of the European Union law is characterised by unique features that distinguish it from the interpretation of national and international law.
