Začátek magisterské práce pojednává o pojetí učitelské profese a jejích specifikách, zabývá se profesní dráhou učitele, kde zvláštní pozornost je věnována fázi začínajícího učitele a procesu vstupování do profese. The beginning of this master's thesis handles the concept of the teaching profession and its particulars, deals with the teacher's career with special emphasis on the stage of beginning teachers and the process of entering the profession.
