Abstract:
Právo stavby je v současné době málo známým a využívaným institutem v občanském zákoníku. Cílem této diplomové práce je srozumitelně vymezit jeho základní pojmy a provést rozbor právní úpravy dle současné legislativy. Důležitým cílem této diplomové práce je rovněž aplikační praxe práva stavby.
Abstract:
The right to build, construction law is little known and used institute in civil code. The aims of this dissertation is to comprehensively define its basic terms and to analyse current legislation alterations. Another important aim of this dissertation is practice application of construction law.
