The aim of this thesis is to examine labor market behavior in an envi-ronment of increased uncertainty. To achieve this, I employ a structural VAR model, comparing the impacts of various types of uncertainties on the Czech labor market. Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je preskúmanie správania trhu práce v prostredí zvýšenej neistoty. Takto definovaný cieľ som skúmala po-mocou štrukturálneho VAR modelu, pričom som porovnávala vplyvy rôznych typov neistôt na český trh práce.
