Magisterská diplomová práce je zaměřena na dopad střídavé péče na osobní a profesní život matky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části se věnuji definici rodiny, jejímu rozpadu a následných možností porozvodové péče. The Master´s thesis is focused on the impact of alternate care for personal and professional life of the mother. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the family, its disintegration and subsequent possibilities of post-divorce custody.
