The Analysis of the physical readiness of applicants in the recruitment process for the Police of the Czech Republic within the framework of the regional directorate of the capital city of Prague in the years 2012-2022

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na dlouhodobé sledování změn v úrovni fyzické zdatnosti uchazečů u přijímacího řízení k Policii ČR v rámci krajského ředitelství policie hl. m. Prahy. V teoretické části charakterizujeme podmínky vzniku služebního poměru, pohybové schopnosti a jednotlivé disciplíny vstupních fyzických testů: člunkový běh 4x10 m, klik vzpor ležmo opakovaně, celomotorický test opakovaně po dobu 2 minut a běh na vzdálenost 1000 m. V empirické části práce analyzujeme za užití statistické metody data výsledků všech zájemců o práci u Policie ČR, kteří absolvovali fyzické testy v rozmezí let 2012-2022. V závěrečné kapitole popisujeme zjištěné výsledky výzkumu, a to jak se v průběhu let vyvíjela úroveň fyzické zdatnosti uchazečů.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the long-term monitoring of changes in the level of physical fitness of applicants in the recruitment process for the Police of the Czech Republic within the framework of the Regional Police Headquarters in the city of Prague. In the theoretical part, we characterize the conditions for the creation of an employment relationship, movement skills and the individual disciplines of the entrance physical tests: shuttle run 4x10 m, push-up to plank repeatedly, full motorical jaci´s test in repetition for two minutes and running a distance of 1000 m. In the empirical part of the work, we analyze using statistical methods, dates and results of all applicants for a job with the Police of the Czech Republic who completed physical tests between 2012 and 2022. In the final chapter, we describe the results of the research, namely how the level of physical fitness of the applicants has developed over the years.
