Regulatory developments in the insurance sector in the Czech Republic after 1992

Abstract:

V této diplomové práci se zaměřuji na vývoj právní úpravy v oblasti pojištění a pojišťovnictví na území České republiky po roce 1992. Pro pochopení předchozích vazeb je nejprve nastíněna historie pojišťovnictví na našem území. Dále popisuji vývoj jednotlivých oblastí pojištění a pojišťovnictví s důrazem na kontinuitu v jejich jednotlivých segmentech. V oblasti soukromého pojištění se v diplomové práci zaměřuji na vývoj právní úpravy pojistné smlouvy po roce 1992. V poslední kapitole se zabývám legislativními změnami, které lze v blízké budoucnosti pravděpodobně očekávat.

Abstract:

In this thesis focuses on the development of legislation in the field of insurance and insurance in the Czech Republic after 1992. To understand the previous links is first outlined the history of the insurance industry in our country. Next, describe the development of different areas of insurance and insurance with an emphasis on continuity in their respective segments. In the area of private insurance in this thesis focused on the development of insurance contract law after 1992. The last chapter deals with the legislative changes that may be in the near future probably expect.
