Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zjištění celkové pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců v konkrétním podniku, identifikovat faktory ovlivňující pracovní spokojenost a navrhnout smysluplné změny. Práce je rozložena do části teoretické a praktické.
