Abstract:
Práce se zabývá veřejnou vysokou školou a její rolí ve společnosti. Práce hodnotí současný stav a postavení a úpravu této instituce a jejích součástí v právním řádu České republiky z důrazem na některé problémy, se kterými se současné veřejné vysoké školy potýkají.
Abstract:
The work studies public university and it's status in a society. This work analyzes a current status, position and modification of this institution as well as its components in the system of law of the Czech republic. The work puts emphasis on any problems that are currently battled by the public universities with.
