Drug problems in secondary vocational in the Czech Republic and Poland

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá drogovou problematikou a prevencí drog na středních školách v Česku a v Polsku. V teoretické části je popsána teorie drogové problematiky. Především pak základními pojmy a podrobným členěním drog včetně jejich účinků na lidský organismus. Diplomová práce se dále zabývá problematikou a prevencí drogové závislosti. Cílem diplomové práce je ověřit, na základě výzkumného šetření, jaká je informovanost dotazovaných respondentů o drogové problematice. Dále pak je třeba zjistit jaká je dostupnost drog u studentů a porovnání dosavadních zkušeností se zneužíváním návykových látek mezi studenty středních škol v Česku a v Polsku. Výzkumné šetření bylo prováděno na dvou středních školách v Česku a v Polsku. V praktické části jsem stanovila čtyři hypotézy a jejich výslednou pravdivost jsem posoudila v diskuzi. Jako metoda nejlépe vyhovující tomuto výzkumu byla vybrána metoda dotazníku. Pro všechny respondenty byl tento dotazník anonymní a byl vypracován v obou jazycích. V závěru diplomové práce jsem zhodnotila výsledky výzkumného šetření.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with drug issues and drug prevention at high schools in the Czech Republic and Poland. Theories of drug abuse are described in the theoretical part. Especially the basic concepts and detailed breakdown of drugs, including their effects on human organism. The thesis also deals with issues and prevention of drug addiction. The aim of this thesis is to verify, on the basis of the research, what is the awareness of respondents about drug issues. Furthermore, it is necessary to find out what is the availability of drugs among students and to compare past experience with substance abuse among high school students in the Czech Republic and Poland. The survey was conducted at two secondary schools in the Czech Republic and Poland. In the practical part I have identified four hypotheses and I considered their resultant truth in the discussion. Questionnaire method was chosen as the most suitable method for this research. The questionnaire was anonymous for all respondents and it was drafted in both languages. I have evaluated the results of the survey at the end of the thesis.
