The evaluation of the management process: a case study of Dentsu Czech Republic s.r.o.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením vedení vedoucích pracovníku ve společnosti Dentsu Czech Republic s.r.o. První část práce pojednává o manažerských úrovních, manažerské teorii, manažerských stylech a způsobech zvyšování vnitřní i vnější motivace zaměstnanců. To vše v kontextu efektivního využití v oboru zkoumané společnosti, tj. oboru poskytování profesionálních služeb v oblasti médií a marketingu. V druhé části práce autor pomocí dvou dotazníku (jeden pro manažery a jeden pro podřízené) zkoumá úroveň manažerské kultury, nejčastěji používané manažerské styly vedení a způsoby motivace zaměstnanců ve zkoumané společnosti Dentsu Czech Republic s.r.o. Třetí část autor věnuje vyhodnocení výsledků dotazování v kontextu teoretických východisek z první části práce. Ve čtvrté části práce autor prezentuje doporučení zkoumané společnosti pro zefektivnění procesu vedení a motivace ve zkoumané společnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the management process in the company Dentsu Czech Republic s.r.o. The first part deals with different levels of management, management theory, leadership styles and ways to increase internal and external motivation of the employees. All this in the context of effective use in the field of the researched company i.e., providing professional services in the field of media and marketing. In the second part of the thesis, the author uses two questionnaires (one for managers and one for subordinates) to examine the level of management culture, most used leadership styles and ways of motivation in Dentsu Czech Republic s.r.o. The author devoted third part of the thesis to the evaluation of the results of the survey in the context of the theoretical basis from the first part of the thesis. In the fourth part of the thesis, the author presents his recommendations for streamlining the process of leadership and motivation in the researched company.
