Integration of the muscle decomposition software into Blender Application
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je vytvoření dodatku pro modelovací aplikaci Blender, který usnadní uživatelům dekomponovat modely svalů na jednotlivý svalová vlákna, přímo ve scéně. Toto rozšíření vznikalo ve spolupráci s Dr. Evou C. Herbst ze švýcarské "University of Zürich", která bude primárním uživatelem tohoto dodatku, se kterou byla během vývoje vedena úzká spolupráce.
Abstract:
This thesis's goal is to create an addon for the modelling application "Blender", which would let users decompose models of muscles and their insertion areas, right in the modelling scene. This addon has been developed in cooperation with Dr. Eva C. Herbst from University of Zürich, who will be the primary user of this addon.
