Crime prevention- part of the system of internal security of the state

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na prevenci kriminality v České republice z pohledu vnitřní bezpečnosti státu. Je členěna na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se skládá z pěti kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá vymezením termínů kriminalita, prevence kriminality a vysvětlením základních pojmů, které s touto problematikou souvisí. Ve druhé kapitole bakalářské práce je popsán systém prevence kriminality v České republice, a to na republikové, krajské i místní úrovni. Ve třetí kapitole teoretické části je vymezen bezpečnostní systém České republiky. Čtvrtá kapitola se zaměřuje na s tímto tématem úzce související trestní politiku státu. V poslední kapitole teoretické části bakalářské práce je pozornost věnována konkrétním oblastem, které vnitřní bezpečnost státu mohou ohrozit. Cílem praktické části bakalářské práce je charakterizovat Českou republiku z pohledu bezpečnosti. Na základě dotazníkového šetření je zjišťováno, zda se respondenti cítí na území našeho státu bezpečně.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on crime prevention in the Czech Republic from the perspective of internal security of the state. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of five chapters. The first chapter deals with the definition of the terms criminality, crime prevention and explanation of basic concepts related to this issue. The second chapter of the bachelor thesis describes the system of crime prevention in the Czech Republic, at the national, regional and local levels. The third chapter of the theoretical part defines the security system of the Czech Republic. The fourth chapter focuses on the state's criminal policy, which is closely related to this topic. In the last chapter of the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis, attention is paid to specific areas that may threaten the internal security of the state. The aim of the practical part of the bachelor thesis is to characterize the Czech Republic from the point of view of security. Based on a questionnaire survey, it is determined whether the respondents feel safe in the territory of our state.
