Tato diplomová práce se zabývá počátkem podnikatelské příležitosti. V první části je vysvětlena teorie problematiky podnikání a tvorby podnikatelského plánu. Právě ten je důležitý pro rozhodování, zda založit podnik, nebo ne. V druhé části je vytvořen podnikatelský plán na založení soukromé jazykové školy v Brně.
